Our refund and returns policy lasts 90 days. If 90 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full exchange.
Seeds
All seed sales are final; we do not accept returns. Exchanges are available only if the product is damaged in transit or if an incorrect item was shipped. Please note that we cannot guarantee germination. If you follow the included directions and provide the proper conditions, you increase your chances of successful growth.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at mail@gr8pumpkin.net
